CHRISTMAS – VALENCA FREE RANGE Double Smoked Bone-In Leg Ham
Our limited edition, free range Christmas ham is made using only Australian pork sourced from Valencia Free Range Pork. The pork is 100% certified free range, hormone-free and from ethically sustainable farming. We have produced a limited number of these hams, which are maple-infused and double smoked for 12 hours. The bone-in hams provide a traditional centrepiece for your Christmas table. This product is fully cooked and can be eaten cold, lightly re-heated or glazed for a perfect Christmas lunch or dinner. This product is handmade using Australia’s best quality ingredients. Our hams have previously been voted among Australia’s best hams in Australian Pork Limited’s ham awards and by the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.
