This chorizo is smoked using natural wood chips and is made entirely out of chicken which offers an alternative compared to a pork chorizo. Also available in mild. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including a pasta, salad or enjoyed as an entree. This product is ready to eat and can be enjoyed as is or lightly reheated. Ingredients: Chicken maryland fillet skin on (94%), water, salt, garlic, fibre, spice extracts (with celery), flavour enhancers (621, 631), chilli flakes, acidity regulator (261, 331), canola oil, spices (mustard, paprika), dextrose, mineral salt (450, 451, 452), preservative (250), fermented red rice, natural casing.
Storage: Keep refrigerated <4°C. Once seal is broken, remove product from plastic and keep wrapped in paper towel. Change paper towel every 3 days. Must be consumed within 3 days.
Freezing: Freeze product as soon as possible after purchase. Must be frozen before used by date as shown on package. Can be frozen for a maximum of 2 months. To defrost, allow product to thaw in the refrigerator.
