Pork Scotch Fillet (Pork Neck)

These tender, juicy pork steaks are so simple to cook. Use Australian Pork’s tried and tested 6-2-2 method (cook in a pan or griddle on one side for six minutes, turn it over and cook for another two minutes, remove and rest for two minutes before serving) for the perfect pork steak. Available in packs of two steaks ranging between 400g and 700g per pack. This product is also available in a whole Pork Neck piece ranging from 2-3.5kg.
