The short-cut is taken from the loin with part of the belly attached and is ideal for breakfast because it has less fat than the streaky cut. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including pasta, salad, a burger or with breakfast.

This product must be cooked.
Australian pork loin (95.7%), salt water, mineral salt (450, 452), spices extract, sodium nitrite (250).
Our bacon is fully cooked however, needs to be cooked and reheated.
To cook simply pan fry until brown and crispy. This bacon is mainly taken from the loin of the pork and doesn’t have too much fat on it, and gets dryer quicker.
Do not over cook or it will become dry.
Keep refrigerated <4°C.
Once seal is broken, remove product from plastic and keep on a clean plate, wrapped in cling wrap. Must be consumed within 3 days.
Not suitable for home freezing.
