Full muscle turkey breast, marinated in our unique blend of spices. Topped with our Portuguese spice mixture. Hand formed and wrapped in a natural edible casing then slow oven-roasted to retain moisture and flavour. Turkey meat is naturally very lean and very high in protein and vitamin B6, perfect for the health-conscious. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including a panini, pasta, salad or enjoyed on a charcuterie board. This product is ready to eat and can be enjoyed as is or lightly reheated. This is a handmade product using Australia’s best quality ingredients.

Turkey breast (94%), water, salt, mineral salt (450, 451, 452), dextrose, antioxidant (316), preservative (250), canola oil, sugar, flavour (maple), colour (150c), spices (with celery), flavour enhancers (621, 631), acidity regulators (262, 331), potato starch, garlic, white pepper.

Product Storage + Care Instructions

Keep refrigerated <4°C. Once the seal is broken, remove the product from plastic and keep wrapped in a paper towel. Change paper towel every 3 days. Must be consumed within 1 week.

If the product is sliced or diced, keep the product in a clean, dry container lined with a paper towel. Must be consumed within 3 days.

Not suitable for home freezing.
