Our bifana is a fresh meat product, is sold raw and must be cooked. It is ready marinated and thinly sliced to make cooking quick and easy.
To cook, use a fry pan or BBQ to grill the meat for few minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and add accompaniments.
For an alternative use, you can also cut the bifana into strips to add to a stir-fry or roll with vegetables inside and bake in the oven. The uses are endless.
Keep refrigerated <4°C.
Once seal is broken, remove product from plastic and keep on a clean plate, wrapped in cling wrap. Must be consumed within 3 days.
Suitable for home freezing.
When freezing, ensure the product is tightly wrapped, with cling wrap to avoid freezer burn.
Freeze product as soon as possible after purchase. Must be frozen before used by date as shown on package. Can be frozen for a maximum of 2 months.
To defrost, allow product to thaw in the refrigerator.
