Made using only Australian pork, our maple-infused ham is marinated in our unique blend of spices then double smoked for 12 hours. The boneless ham provides cnvenience for families when carving because all the hard work of removing the bone is done for you. In the Pork Corporation’s ham awards, one of the judges; a smallgoods master, scored our ham a perfect score of 100/100 along with comments from the other judges that the ham was ‘excellent’ and ‘perfect’.

These hams are available all year round for any function. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including pasta, salad, a panini or as a Christmas roast. This product is fully cooked and can be eaten cold or lightly re-heated. This product is handmade using Australia’s best quality ingredients.


Australian pork leg ham (95.4%), salt water, spices extract, mineral salt (450, 452), sodium nitrite (250).

reheating instructions

Our ham is great for everyday use but is perfect for a Christmas dinner. To reheat simply place it in the oven for about 1.5-2 hours on 160°C, try not to over roast your ham as it has already been cooking for 12 hours and will become too over cooked. If you wish, you can also add a glaze to your ham for some added sweetness.

To do so, simply remove the rind, keeping a small layer of fat on the ham and score by making diagonal lines in each direction on the ham. Brush on your glaze, we recommend orange marmalade and fill the each scored corner with a clove. Follow the same heating process as above.

product storage

Keep refrigerated <4°C.

Once seal is broken, remove product from plastic and keep wrapped in paper towel. Change paper towel every 3 days. Must be consumed within 1 week.

If the product is sliced or diced, keep the product in a clean, dry container lined with paper towel. Must be consumed within 3 days.

ham bag

Dip your ham bag in a solution of 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.

Squeeze out moisture, allow bag to dry completely then place ham in the bag.

Repeat step 1 & 2 every 3-4 days, or as needed.

Ham should last between 3-4 weeks.

freezing guidelines

Suitable for home freezing.

Freeze product as soon as possible after purchase. Must be frozen before used by date as shown on package. Can be frozen for a maximum of 2 months.

To defrost, allow product to thaw in the refrigerator.
