From our signature line of products, made with two double chicken breasts flavoured with our unique blend of spices, inspired by our homeland. Our chicken breast is handmade and double smoked using natural wood chips.

Also available in chilli, mild and lemon-pepper varieties. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including a panini, pasta, salad or enjoyed on a charcuterie board. This product is ready to eat and can be enjoyed as is or lightly reheated. This is a handmade product using Australia’s best quality ingredients.

Ingredients

Chicken breast (95.9%), water salt,  potato starch,  mineral salt (450,451,452),  antioxidant (316),  canola oil,  preservative (250),  garlic,  spice extract (with celery),  flavour enhancer (621, 631),  carrageenan,  acidity regulators (262, 331),  white pepper. Coating with: Portuguese spices.

Allergens: Soy May contain traces: Milk, Gluten.

Product Storage

Keep refrigerated <4°C.

Once seal is broken, remove product from plastic and keep wrapped in paper towel. Change paper towel every 3 days. Must be consumed within 1 week.

If the product is sliced or diced, keep the product in a clean, dry container lined with paper towel. Must be consumed within 3 days.

freezing guidelines

Suitable for home freezing.

Freeze product as soon as possible after purchase. Must be frozen before used by date as shown on package. Can be frozen for a maximum of 2 months.

To defrost, allow product to thaw in the refrigerator.
