Your own whole butterfly duck fresh at home! Our smoked butterfly ducks have been flattened and smoked for your convenience, seasoned with our unique blend of spices and double smoked using natural woodchips. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including a salad or in pasta.
This product is ready to eat and can be enjoyed as is or lightly reheated. This is a handmade product using Australia’s best quality ingredients

This duck is designed to be enjoyed on a hot summers day with a refreshing cold beer or glass of white wine and good company.
To reheat we recommend to cut the duck first with either a knife or kitchen scissors, then warm in the oven, under the grill or salamander, fry or BBQ for about 10-15 minutes, or until the skin becomes crisp and the fat starts to melt.
The fat can be collected and used for cooking in other meals such a roast potatoes, fries or even a steak for some extra flavour.
Keep refrigerated <4°C.
Once seal is broken, remove product from plastic and keep wrapped in a paper towel. Change paper towel every 3 days. Must be consumed within 1 week.
Not suitable for home freezing.
