Seasoned with our unique blend of spices and coated with a generous handful of good quality chilli flakes for all the chilli lovers out there. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including salads or pasta. This product is ready to eat and can be enjoyed as is or lightly reheated. To reheat we recommend in the oven, under the grill, frypan, BBQ or under a salamander for about 10-15 minutes, or until the skin becomes crisp and the fat starts to melt. This is a handmade product using Australia’s best quality ingredients.
Ingredients: Whole Duck (size 18), wine, salt, garlic, rice flour, flavour enhancers (621, 635), yeast extract, canola oil, herbs & spices, acidity regulators (262, 330, 331), spice extract (tumeric), mineral salt (450), white pepper, sugar, dextrose, flavours, colour (150c).
Storage: Keep refrigerated <4°C. Once the seal is broken, remove the product from plastic and keep wrapped in a paper towel. Change paper towel every 3 days. Must be consumed within 1 week.
Freezing: Freeze product as soon as possible after purchase. Must be frozen before used by date as shown on package. Can be frozen for a maximum of 2 months. To defrost, allow product to thaw in the refrigerator.
