Marinated in our unique blend of spices, hand-formed and double smoked, adding an extra flavour dimension. The duck fat around the breast melts as you eat it and softly coats the palette rather than leaving a greasy aftertaste, and it's good fats. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including pasta, salad or on a charcuterie board. This product is ready to eat and can be enjoyed as is or lightly reheated. This is a handmade product using Australia’s best quality ingredients.
Ingredients: Australian duck breast (94%), salt, water, garlic, spice extracts (with celery), flavour enhancers (621, 635), flavourings (with soybean), acidity regulators (262, 330, 331), mineral salts (450, 451, 452, canola oil, spice extracts (paprika, turmeric), milk protein, white pepper, preservative (250), fermented red rice.
Storage: Keep refrigerated <4°C. Once the seal is broken, remove the product from plastic and keep wrapped in a paper towel. Change paper towel every 3 days. Must be consumed within 1 week. If the product is sliced or diced, keep the product in a clean, dry container lined with a paper towel. Must be consumed within 3 days.
Freezing: Not suitable for home freezing.
