Our duck breast fillet is made using premium quality duck breast for the best and freshest flavour. Marinated in our unique blend of spices and sprinkled with a generous handful of good quality chilli flakes, to warm up the mouth and activate the taste buds. Hand formed and double smoked which adds an extra flavour dimension. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including pasta, salad or on a charcuterie board. This product is ready to eat and can be enjoyed as is or lightly reheated. This is a handmade product using Australia’s best quality ingredients.

    Ingredients: Australian duck breast (94%), salt water, mineral salt (450), flavour enhancer (621), garlic, chilli, enzyme (milk, protein, mineral salt [450, 452]), anti-caking agent (551), sodium nitrite (250). 

    Storage: Keep refrigerated <4°C. Once the seal is broken, remove the product from plastic and keep wrapped in a paper towel. Change paper towel every 3 days. Must be consumed within 1 week. If the product is sliced or diced, keep the product in a clean, dry container lined with a paper towel. Must be consumed within 3 days.

    Freezing: Not suitable for home freezing.
