Combines lightly spiced chicken thigh and breast meat, hand-pressed into a mould and double smoked using natural wood chips. Our chicken rashers are made to be used as bacon, offering a non-pork alternative. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including pasta or in a burger. This product is fully cooked however, should still be lightly fried or re-heated. This is a handmade product using Australia’s best quality ingredients.
Ingredients: Chicken meat (96%), salt, water, garlic, spices extract (with celery), mineral salts (450, 452), flavour enhancers (621, 631 (with soybean)), preservative (250).
Storage: Keep refrigerated <4°C. Once the seal is broken, remove the product from plastic and keep wrapped in a paper towel. Change paper towel every 3 days. Must be consumed within 3 days.
Freezing: Freeze product as soon as possible after purchase. Must be frozen before used by date as shown on package. Can be frozen for a maximum of 2 months. To defrost, allow the product to thaw in the refrigerator.
